Employers are liable for workplace harassment whether or not they are aware it is going on. Almost the only way to avoid a claim is to ensure your employees are given proper training in what amounts to harassment and how to prevent it. In this session, Henry will attempt to give an overview of the key issues and illustrate some of his training techniques.

Business Speed Dating

One month prior to the event, Training Professionals are invited to choose meetings with attending Training Providers and vice versa, from a directory of delegates posted on this web site from February 1st.
Once selections have been made, a personal appointments schedule is then created for everyone and emailed to all delegates. Meetings take place at facilities granted to the Training Professionals and last 20 minutes.
