“Creating Magical Results”

Imagine a change. Any change or challenge. A 50% target increase, a Merger, a "close meeting" for that huge deal, a new process, business planning strategy or CRM system. How good would it be if everyone in the team was really "up for the challenge?"

When "Change" happens, the stakes are high and the pressure is on, people step up, or they step back. Some respond with enthusiasm, self-motivated to embrace the challenge, resourceful in their thinking and in their responses. Others become resistant and demotivated, reluctant to step out of the comfort zone, their knowledge, skills and experience failing to show up in the workplace.

So what is the "difference that makes the difference?" Faced with a challenge or change, an individual's "Experience and Skill" level does not alter. The "Attitude" can. How they embrace or reject the challenge - how they feel about the challenge - will drive their behaviours, which in turn will affect the likely results. It's not necessarily what they know, but what they do with what they know that makes the difference.

The Conference

The Business of Learning

The TRAC Annual Conference brings together UK training professionals and UK training providers, in a unique ‘out of the office’ learning and networking experience. TRAC’06 means quality time, uninterrupted discussions, committed learning, new ideas, new business relationships and a great many shared experiences, all key factors as to why this high profile event benefits so much from being staged in an isolated overseas location.

Business Speed Dating

One month prior to the event, Training Professionals are invited to choose meetings with attending Training Providers and vice versa, from a directory of delegates posted on this web site from February 1st.
Once selections have been made, a personal appointments schedule is then created for everyone and emailed to all delegates. Meetings take place at facilities granted to the Training Professionals and last 20 minutes.
Please see programme for timings.
