“Are Your Managers Managing or Coaching & Are You Suffering from the Under Management Epidemic?”

According to research from the CIPD, two-thirds of UK organisations are suffering from a shortage of highly effective leaders and are running the risk of experiencing poor productivity and low staff morale. The problem has been dubbed the "under-management epidemic". Managers have found themselves spending more time managing reports than people. In many cases this has left the workforce under-managed, undermining efforts to achieve business objectives.

The Conference

The Business of Learning

The TRAC Annual Conference brings together UK training professionals and UK training providers, in a unique ‘out of the office’ learning and networking experience. TRAC’06 means quality time, uninterrupted discussions, committed learning, new ideas, new business relationships and a great many shared experiences, all key factors as to why this high profile event benefits so much from being staged in an isolated overseas location.

Business Speed Dating

One month prior to the event, Training Professionals are invited to choose meetings with attending Training Providers and vice versa, from a directory of delegates posted on this web site from February 1st.
Once selections have been made, a personal appointments schedule is then created for everyone and emailed to all delegates. Meetings take place at facilities granted to the Training Professionals and last 20 minutes.
Please see programme for timings.
