CIDP Learning, Training and Development Adviser & Author

Martin has responsibility for research into the role and contribution of learning and training in organisations, for e-learning, and for the links between people management and technology

“Beyond E-Learning: The Role Of Technology in Helping People Learn”

Blended Learning is a workable solution that allows trainers and staff developers to integrate online learning within a broader range of more traditional learning techniques. Demonstrating how old and new methods of improving staff performance and learning can work together to give better results, a new style of blended training is created. As author, lecturer and conference speaker Martin has made a significant contribution to the development of modern human resource concepts and practice.

The Business of Learning

The TRAC Annual Conference brings together UK training professionals and UK training providers, in a unique ‘out of the office’ learning and networking experience. TRAC’06 means quality time, uninterrupted discussions, committed learning, new ideas, new business relationships and a great many shared experiences, all key factors as to why this high profile event benefits so much from being staged in an isolated overseas location.

Business Speed Dating

One month prior to the event, Training Professionals are invited to choose meetings with attending Training Providers and vice versa, from a directory of delegates posted on this web site from February 1st.
Once selections have been made, a personal appointments schedule is then created for everyone and emailed to all delegates. Meetings take place at facilities granted to the Training Professionals and last 20 minutes.
Please see programme for timings.
